20% off

Off the treatment that resolves the emergency you came in for, done the same visit.

Built for

New patients,
no insurance

Paying out of pocket should not mean paying full price just to find out what is wrong.

What the $59 covers

A dental emergency is stressful enough without wondering what the visit is going to cost before anyone has even looked in your mouth. This special takes that worry off the table. For $59, a new patient without dental insurance gets a focused emergency exam and the X-rays we need to diagnose the problem, so you can make a clear-headed decision about what to do next.

A focused emergency exam

We examine the tooth or area causing the problem, check for infection and damage, and pinpoint what is going on. This is a problem-focused visit, not a full routine workup, so we can move fast on the thing that hurts.

The X-rays we need to diagnose it

Most emergencies cannot be diagnosed by looking alone. The $59 includes the diagnostic X-rays needed to see what is happening below the surface so we can recommend the right fix the first time.

A clear diagnosis and honest estimate

You leave the exam knowing exactly what is wrong, what your options are, and what each option costs out of pocket. No surprises, no pressure, and nothing started without your go-ahead.

20% off the treatment that fixes it

Finding the problem is only half the visit. Once we have diagnosed your emergency, you get 20% off the treatment that resolves it, completed right here at our office. That keeps the whole experience affordable, from the moment you sit down to the moment your pain is gone.

The discount applies to same-visit emergency treatment such as:

  • A filling to repair a broken or decayed tooth
  • A root canal to save a tooth with an infected or inflamed nerve
  • An extraction when a tooth cannot be saved
  • A crown to rebuild a tooth that has broken down
  • Draining and treating an abscess to stop an active infection

If your treatment runs into a larger figure, you do not have to pay it all at once. Your discounted balance can be split into monthly payments through Cherry or CareCredit, with 0 percent APR options for qualified patients.

Who qualifies

This offer is for:

  • New patients. Patients coming to Sacramento Dentistry Group for the first time.
  • Patients without dental insurance. You are paying for the visit yourself, out of pocket.

If you do have dental insurance, you are still in good hands, you just take a different path. Most plans already cover emergency exams, necessary X-rays, and the treatment that follows. We file your claim for you and verify your benefits before treatment so you are never blindsided by the bill. Either way, start by calling us at (916) 538-6900.

How to claim it

  1. Call or book online. Reach us at (916) 538-6900 or use our online booking, and let us know you are a new patient without insurance dealing with an emergency.
  2. Come in for your exam. We examine the problem area, take the X-rays we need, and diagnose what is going on.
  3. Review your options. You get an itemized estimate with the 20% discount already applied to your emergency treatment.
  4. Get out of pain. Same-day treatment is often possible, so many patients are fixed up and on their way in a single visit.

What counts as a dental emergency

If something in your mouth is painful, broken, swollen, or bleeding, it is worth a call. The most common emergencies we treat include severe or throbbing tooth pain, a knocked-out or broken tooth, a lost crown or filling, visible swelling in the face or gums, a draining bump on the gum, and trauma from a fall or sports injury. Our emergency dentistry page walks through each one and what to do before you arrive.

One important exception: if you have difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or facial trauma that extends beyond the mouth, that is a medical emergency. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room first.

The fine print

Offer terms and conditions

  • Valid for new patients only who do not have active dental insurance and are paying out of pocket. It cannot be billed to, combined with, or used alongside any dental insurance or discount plan.
  • This is a self-pay offer. It is not valid for, and cannot be applied to, services payable by Medicare, Medi-Cal, Denti-Cal, or any other government health program.
  • The $59 is an exact, reduced price for the limited, problem-focused emergency exam and the standard X-rays taken to diagnose your emergency. Optional 3D imaging (CBCT), used mainly for implant or surgical treatment planning, is a separate service and is not part of this offer.
  • The 20% discount, taken off our standard fee, applies only to treatment that addresses the dental emergency evaluated at this visit and that is performed at Sacramento Dentistry Group. It does not apply to routine, preventive, cosmetic, elective, or future treatment.
  • The discount cannot be applied to services that already carry package or promotional pricing, including our dental implant, denture, and Invisalign offers, and cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotion.

  • Limit one offer per patient.
  • All treatment recommendations and fees are subject to a clinical examination and depend on your individual diagnosis.
  • This is not an offer of emergency medical care. For difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or facial trauma beyond the mouth, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
  • Terms are subject to change. Please call (916) 538-6900 to confirm current details before your visit.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about the $59 emergency exam and the same-visit treatment discount.

Who qualifies for the $59 emergency exam?

This special is for new patients who do not have active dental insurance and are paying for the visit themselves. If this is your first visit to Sacramento Dentistry Group and you are uninsured, you qualify. If you have dental insurance, see the question below, because we have a better path for you.

What exactly does the $59 include?

It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam of the area causing trouble and the diagnostic X-rays we need to evaluate it, plus a clear explanation of the problem and an itemized estimate for any treatment. It does not include a routine cleaning or a full comprehensive new-patient exam. Advanced 3D imaging (CBCT), which is mainly used for implant or surgical treatment planning, is a separate service and is not part of this offer.

What does the 20% off apply to?

The discount applies to the treatment that resolves the emergency you came in for, when it is done here at our office. Common examples are a filling, a root canal, an extraction, a same-day crown, or draining and treating an abscess. It does not apply to routine, cosmetic, elective, or future treatment, or to services that already have package or promotional pricing such as our implant, denture, and Invisalign offers.

I have dental insurance. Can I still use this?

This particular special is reserved for patients without insurance, but you are not missing out. Most dental plans already cover emergency exams, necessary X-rays, and the treatment that follows. We file your claim directly and verify your benefits before treatment so you know your share up front. Start on our emergency dentistry page or call us at (916) 538-6900.

Can I be seen the same day?

Usually, yes. We hold time in the schedule every day for emergencies. Call first thing in the morning and we will do our best to get you in that day. Walk-ins are welcome, but calling ahead lets us prepare for you.

Can I finance the treatment I need?

Yes. Your discounted balance can be split into monthly payments through Cherry or CareCredit, with options that include 0 percent APR for qualified patients. You can apply with a soft credit check that does not affect your score and start treatment the same day.

Is there an expiration date or a catch?

No expiration date and no catch. The offer is limited to one per patient, payment is due at the time of service, and the terms below apply. If anything is unclear, call us at (916) 538-6900 and we will walk you through it before you come in.
